Final day before the big event, we were deciding on the final details of what our personalized costume would be!!
And yes, at Iemer Nursery we practice decision making every day. We encourage children to take action, not being afraid is one of the greatest assets that they’ll carry for the rest of their lives 🙂
Today we had to wear a costume that we really really REALLY liked!!! Wow!!
Following our preparation days, we dressed up with career costumes!!
Futbol players, doctors, nurses, firefighters, police officers… so much fun! 🙂
So before celebrating Carnival, we had a very interesting and fun week at Iemer Nursery with dressing up games, where we prepared all the details and created the right the mood for the big day and we also learned lots of stuff!
We want to share it with you, hoping you can see how much we enjoyed ourselves!
Day 1 we had to put some “ear”-dressing up, but you can see it got a bit out of hand! 🙂
The objective of women’s day is to express love and gratitude towards women’s contribution to our lives and society.
Annie Balanya came to talk about her life as a mother, a granny of two ex-iemer students and a florist!
Our celebration at school ended up with a craft of a beautiful flower each child presented to her/his mum, and the words…’I LOVE YOU MUM…YOU ARE A GREAT WOMAN’!
We played a lot in the playground, it was a very beautiful and sunny day!
It’s been a while since Valentine’s day, but we never saw the pictures of what was a week of love in Iemer Nursery!
Free painting, forexpan foam, arts & crafts… lots of different techniques to create some very special hearts! 🙂
